Debra S. Erickson has been named director - customer services and technology, reporting to Vice President of Information Services Lina A. Young.

Erickson will be responsible for working with business operations and management teams to identify and implement information technologies that assist the business in driving results and innovation. Erickson has overall responsibility to ensure timely, quality and effective delivery of technology solutions as well as customer support and help desk services.

Erickson most recently served as director of operations at Solutions Consultants, Inc., where she was responsible for providing consulting services for more then 20 major clients. She also served in a management capacity at Ameren Corporation for more than 10 years in various information technology roles ranging from project management, information technology auditing, personal computer services, local area network deployment and application development.

Erickson holds a bachelor of arts degree from Lindenwood College and an MBA in Accounting and Management of Information Systems from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
