Riordan Joins Peabody as Director of Benefit Services and Administration

Peabody Energy today announced John J. Riordan has joined Peabody as director of benefit services and administration, reporting to Vice President of Benefits Lina A. Young.

Riordan has 28 years of human resources and finance experience with Mallinckrodt Inc. in St. Louis, having served most recently as vice president of employee benefits and vice president of pension and profit sharing plans.

Riordan holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Loyola University in Chicago and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He is a certified public accountant, certified financial planner, certified employee benefits specialist and a chartered mutual fund consultant.
