Robyn Helmer-Tallon Joins Peabody Energy as Vice President of Organizational Development

Peabody Energy has named Robyn Helmer-Tallon to the new position of Vice President of Organizational Development, reporting to Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration Sharon Fiehler.

Helmer-Tallon will be responsible for developing talent strategies for Peabody's Workforce of the Future initiatives in conjunction with Peabody leadership. She will continue development of Peabody talent management systems, including communication and training plans to support the systems. She also will drive and support succession planning, 360 degree feedback, mentoring, coaching, assessment and performance management initiatives. Reporting to Helmer-Tallon is Director of Employee Development Paul Hatz.

Helmer-Tallon has more than 25 years of experience in organizational development and human resources, including four years with Teleflex Incorporated, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Organization Development and Learning. She also held various organizational development management positions with IMS Health, Inc.

Helmer-Tallon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
