Prairie State Energy Campus Celebrates Groundbreaking 10 a.m. October 1, 2007

  WHAT:    The Prairie State Energy Campus will celebrate groundbreaking for
           its 1,600 megawatt supercritical coal-fueled power plant that
           will be fueled by an adjacent mine.  Construction is expected to
           create 2,300 jobs at the peak of development.  Generating units 1
           and 2 are expected to be on line in the 2011 to 2012 timeframe.
