ST. LOUIS, Feb. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- An employee of the Kayenta Mine in Arizona was fatally injured this afternoon as the result of an incident between a service truck and a piece of road maintenance equipment at the Kayenta Mine. The mine was immediately shut down for a full investigation, and the appropriate tribal, state and federal officials have been contacted. The incident is under investigation by mine officials and the Mine Health and Safety Administration.
